Simple solutions to turn waste into gold...

By far the easiest off-grid technology to install and use, that takes the food you’ve spent good money on and turns it into fully processed fertilizer to enhance your soil.

All it takes is a couple handfuls of leaves or sawdust (free from the local Lumber mill) and time to create the richest soil you’ve ever seen. We leave our humanure for 2 years to be extra safe in making sure it’s fully composted.

For larger installs, we use strawbales as a foundation which accommodates 10-30 ppl longer term. These often have a lightweight moveable shelter on top so when the bales fill, the shelter can be moved to a new strawbale foundation.

Crowsnest verson 2, slightly smaller, with only 8 bales and 4 pallets for the foundation. This design will last a few people several months.

We collect large amounts of untreated sawdust for free from our local lumber mill. These stumps came from the largest pecan tree in Texas, which still lives as these pieces were only half of the tree!
